Tips to living a longer life.
1. Eat smaller portion.
2. Have kids later in life.
3. Be mentally active.
4. Exercise regularly. (They mention sex in particular)
5. Eat foods with anti-oxidants. (Red Wine, chocolates, Omega-8 rich foods. It helps reduces depression. 2 of my fav r in the list)
