Kriss Lost

Its my 3rd time on a SQ flight, but 1st with KrissWorld. I recall my 1st SQ was when i was like 5 yrs old, it was a short trip btw KL and SG. I love aeroplanes ever since, but too bad i can't pursue a flying career. 2nd time on a SQ was going to Kancharaburi, NS time. 3rd time, to BKK, alone for a biz trip.
oh... after taking SQ, y would anyone wanna take any other flights???
It was a rushing day. The day b4, i lost connection to the outside world when the internet at home had problems. Took me 2 hrs to try to resolve, but to no avail. I gave up, went to sleep and woke up at 3am to fix it. Voila! I wish the Singnet technicians can tell me something tt i dunno. HAHA. Anyways, woke up at 645, tushed to get ready to leave for the airport. As i dialled for a cab, i realise the no. won't connect. 65552222.
I finally got my cab and was on my way to the airport at 715am. Its a Red cab. 65552222, 1111 and 3333 belongs to the Red cabs. Note how similar they are to Citycab, whose no is 6552 2222, and for Comfort, it's 65512222. Gosh... the driver revealed to me the biz gimmick. Seems like many pple had accidentally called for Red Cabs instead. But the driver is friendly. I dun see any differences in the standards of the cabs, can't compare with jkt, bandung or bkk, the standards differs ALOT!
Suppose to check in at Belt 6, but as it was a full flight, i was directe to Belt 1 instead. The counter staff was really friendly. I asked if i can check in here, as this belt actually belongs to Silk Air going to jkt. I dun want my baggage to end up elsewhere. He assured me they can process me at this counter. Shiok. A MUCH SHORTER queue. I also found out tt u can check in your luggage 3 hrs or up to 6 days b4 the flight. Priority booking of seats!! I was rather surprised when i heard the 6 days allowance.
The only "suai" thing tt happened at the airport was tt the plane is all the way at Belt 28. RIGHT AT THE END of T2!! Did the usual thing to drawing last min cash from the ATM b4 making my way to the plane. Just in time to board at 8.20.
Sianz.. no window seats, so i had to settle for a isle seat, beats seating int he center. As the plane took off, i realise how neat, clean and comfortable the whole cabin looks, as oppose to GA or TG. Hooey always flips the KrissShop, which i did too. Hmm.. but no Swarovski crystals tt she mentions. Do different planes sell different items??
I got bored with sleeping, so i decide to play with the KrissWorld. Well.. i was looking at person sitting across me. I saw he had a control panel. I wonder where's mine. When i spot it, i was figuring how to take it out! Not wanting to look "sua gu" i decide to look thru the instructions. hmmm.. no instructions on how to take it out!! ARGH!!! After some trying, i finally got it out. For those who know, SHUT UP! its my 1st time! FOr those who dunno.. plz take longer than me to take it out. =) So many movies, so little time. I will definitely take SQ if i am gonna travel to a far destination.
Abt 1/2 hr into the flight, the food came in. But nopes, its not for us.. there were special orders like vegetarians and long bread (overheard). I wondered where's mine. There was no trolleys and my stomach was growling!! For a mooment, i tot there's no meal indented. I was watching helplessly as the stewardess gave other passengers their meals.
Finally, after an hr into the flight, i saw my meal. "Lor Mai Kai" or Pan cake. The stewardess will ask foreighers, "glutinous rice". I had the pancake. Excellent. Really fresh. GA has the worst breakfast. Its ALWAYS the same, with no choice. Omellete and ham. I love the dessert. Its the water chestnut dessert with corn. Yummy!!
Meanwhile, i was adding songs to my playlist. Wide selections. But i only had like 10 min to enjoy b4 the plane starts its descent...
