9/11... a really sad day for Americans. We watch in horror as 1 tower follow by the other collasp. People lost on the streets, carrying photos of their love ones. The media played back tel conversations from people on the planes and people from the twin towers... the last phone call they will ever make, to their love ones.

As the program continues, there was this speech by Osama Bin Laden, "... stop murdering our kids and women ..."

Media, the power of media. Do we know how many people died in Afghanistan, Iraq when the Americans attacked? Innocent lives being targetted by terrorists in the case of 9/11. Inoocent lives accidentally killed by military during the 2 wars. Who justifies who can kill who? Taking lives (yes.. our 1st movie =) ) away innocently? How many were actually innocently killed by the American military?

Has the media sensationalize the whole event, making the Americans look like the victim? What abt the years of sanctions tt had kiled thousands of Iragis and Afghanistans children? The total loss in lives in 9/11 is 2983... news brought to us in an instant. Do we know wat's going on in Iraq and Afghanistan?

I'm resting here on my bed, watching the program on NGC. Wat will a program from Iraq or Afghanistan be like??

Just thankful for the peace and quiet around me...
