Keane .. Live in Bangkok!! i was quite thrilled when i got the SMS promotion on my Dtac line. 10% off the tickets at ticketmaster. Especially after i had fallen in love with the song "Everybody's Changing".
Wanted to get those standing tickets (THB 2200), but when i was hesitate when i was told abt 300 tickets were sold when the standing capacity is closed to 3000. The 2nd photo showed it all. A rather pathetic attendance. However, the THB 800 sitting tickets, furtherest from the stage is packed. Even at THB 2200, the price is still pretty expensive for most people.
I got myself the THB 1600 tickets, sitted at the left hand side of the stage.
They will be playing at Mong Thong Thani, the place which held the "Bangkok Rock Fest" and many other exhibitions are held. A little further north of Dong Meung Airport.
The turnout was disappointing, but the crowd was escellent. The 2 brits beside me loved the crowd. With songs such as Everybody's Changing, Somewhere Only We Know, Might as Well be Stangers, This is the Last Time.... The songs were great, the crowd was great, just tat there were too little people. unlike the Rock Fest... without the large crowd, the whole stadium seems rather dead... Din really quite enjoy myself.. but it was a good experience at a Live Band performance. I think the atmosphere with the crowd and the band at "Slim" in RCA is still better....

Yikes... The standing area certainly looks rather empty... Wonder if it has anything to do with the 7th month. Got to leave the front seats empty right? o_0

You should have tried jumping over the barriers once the light goes out, then you would have 'upgraded' your seat! Haha...
